Danish Football Association unveils the new Denmark home shirt 2016 in advance. National football stars present in new football shirt advertisement, including Pione Sisto, Pierre Højbjerg and Jannik Vestergaard.
Inspired by old football shirt worn in 1980s, new Denmark football shirt is dyed by two red color in different tone, and two parts are symmetrical. It inherits the rhyme of classic football shirt and is more implicit than previous editions. White decorative stripes are attached to collar and cuff. Three stripes for triumph appear on the side of body, bring new visual experience to people.
A small Danish national flag is add to the collar of football shirt, and a meaningful slogan “En Del af Noget Større” is knitted into it, presenting a undergoing project that aims at strengthen the social ability of football. New home shorts adopts two color – white and red. They’ll choose different shorts according to different rivals, matching red socks.
The Denmark national football team represents Denmark in association football and is controlled by the Danish Football Association (DBU), the governing body for the football clubs which are organized under DBU. Denmark were the winners of the Football at the 1906 Intercalated Games and silver medalists at the 1908 and 1912 Olympics. However, as amateurs who prohibited their internationals from becoming professionals at foreign clubs, Denmark did not qualify for the World Cup until 1986, although they won another Olympic silver in 1960.
